If you file that you worked fully one week, and then go back to partial or full certification, you still get the break in claim and employer info form, as they noticed that you worked fully and are now back to claiming fully or partially and want that employer's info.

I ended up with a break in claim status. Week 4 says "pay held." I called thurs (4.5 hrs to get through) and someone took down the information and said I'd get a call back in 72 hours. No call.
